 What is the return policy?

Currently, we offer a 30-day return/exchange window for Personalized cases.

- Please note, the personalization charge(custom text) won't be included in the exchange. We recommend returning it instead. 

We do have a warranty on our cases, and if anything happens to your phone case within one year of purchase, we will replace it! :)


*For orders in the US and CA, there are handling fees to keep in mind. Need to return something? No problem at all! Just drop us a line at [email protected], and we'll make sure you get a return label.
