While we do everything we can to ensure you are not charged customs fees, ALL International orders may be subject to duties and import fees especially on higher value items. All orders ship from Canada or the USA which may incur fees, and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer if they occur.

If you decide to not pay the import charges, email us at [email protected] to inform us that you have refused the package.
